Registration begins on August 24th for Coach Bijan's LTAD (long-term
athlete development) Model Sports Camps!

Camp 1- Learn to Train (LTAD Model)

Objectives: Develop a foundation of athletic skills including motor
skills (agility, balance, coordination, and speed), and physical skills
(flexibility, partner drills, core training, and body-weighted strength
endurance).

Breakdown: 30% skill development, 70% mini-games.

Where: West Vancouver Community Centre (main gym)

When/Who: Fridays; Girls (ages 8-11); 4:30pm-5:30pm; Sep 9-Dec 16

When/Who: Fridays; Boys (ages 9-12); 5:30pm-6:30pm; Sep 9-Dec 16

Costs: $378 **10% of proceeds will be donated to BC Brain Injury

Camp 2 - Train to Train (LTAD Model)

Objectives: Build on foundational athletic abilities with more advanced
techniques and strategies. Focus will be on motor skills
(agility, balance, coordination, and speed); physical skills (light
resistance strength-endurance, speed endurance, partner drills,
core training, aerobic stamina and flexibility); and life skills (goal
setting, nutritional tips and muscle trivia!)

Breakdown: Sessions will be 50% skill development, 50% mini-games.

Costs: $252 **10% of proceeds will be donated to BC Brain Injury

Where: West Vancouver Community Centre (main gym)

When/Who: Fridays; Girls (ages 11-15); 6:30pm-8:00pm; Sep 9-Dec 16

When/Who: Saturdays; Boys (ages 12-16); 5:00pm- 6:30pm; Sep 10-Dec 17

Coach Bijan is coming to the West Vancouver Memorial Library!

I'm excited for the upcoming opportunity to visit the local library in
which I used to go to when I was growing up. Boy has it changed!

If you are between the ages of 9-13, play sports or want to learn about
becoming a better athlete, mark off March 16th on your calendar and
come join me for an interactive and fun mini-workshop. Prepare to try
some news drills, get inside tips on improving your `athletic ability',
and meet some new cool people with similar interests than you.

I look extremely forward to seeing YOU there!

Registration has begun (2nd program under special events and first one
under spring break programs) and space is limited so act fast or you
will miss out!

Heads up: There's an ongoing spamdexing of Google searchbot algorithms. Sites that are 'copies of copies' and cloaked sites which include Zorgium keywords presented to search engine crawlers yet garbage content presented to human visitors were hosted on thousands of IP addresses and domains registered immediately after the introduction of Zorgium in November of 2009. The Hostgator/'The Planet'/Softlayer datacenters in Texas seem to be the epicenter of this activity in conjunction with anonymously registered domains of various TLD's but primarily .info domains at Godaddy which, in our opinion, has some sort of connection to the domains of goldmint.in and goldmint.org. Google has begun to notice this and has begun to lower the ranking of these sites and put our original sites back on top of the search rankings. These actions, as far as we can tell, negatively impact the use of the keyword 'zorgium' as a search term and provided little benefit, if any, to the perpetrators.

ZORGIUM note to content providers: If you don't want your page to appear in Zorgium's search abstraction then put an exclusion for "Zorgium" in your web server's robots.txt file.
